Ms. Graham is a professional environmental engineer with over fifteen years of experience in air quality and environmental project work. Her primary expertise pertains to air quality impact analysis, including permitting, compliance and project work addressing various emission sources subject to air quality regulations. She has managed air quality compliance programs for Title V sources and understands compliance monitoring for point source emissions and ambient air quality. Ms. Graham has experience in all aspects of permitting, from de minimis exemptions to Title V and state air quality permitting, including incorporation of New Source Review (NSR) and Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) regulations. Ms. Graham has conducted numerous air emission inventories associated with permitting, compliance, reporting, National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) review, and regional assessments. Ms. Graham has performed air dispersion modeling as part of various air quality analyses utilizing graphical user interface software and EPA preferred models. She is experienced in evaluating modeling results as they pertain to compliance with NEPA, National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) and state air quality standards.  Ms. Graham’s diverse experience in industry and consulting provides her with a unique perspective relative to project analysis and management.
