Ryan Baker

Co-CEO & Director of Corporate Operations

[email protected]

Ryan graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. All but one of his 29 years of experience has been focused on providing services to the mining industry. Ryan spent a lot of time early in his career out in the field, performing resident engineer duties during construction. This provided invaluable learning experiences on a wide range of projects. This is one of the reasons that he doesn’t have a specialty area of concentration and works in different areas including heap leach and tailings storage, as well as the ancillary projects around the mine that always exist such as storm water management infrastructure. Ryan enjoys the multi-faceted aspects of projects which makes them challenging.
