William A. Butler, P.E., BCEE
Mr. Butler has over 35 years of experience providing environmental consulting services in the chemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, automotive, and various manufacturing, transportation, and legal sectors. Experience includes site investigation, risk assessment, and remediation projects under CERCLA/Superfund, RCRA, and state-led programs across the USA, Australia, and other countries. Remediation experience includes developing closure strategies for, managing, and executing the evaluation, design, permitting, construction, O&M, and monitoring the performance of MNA, in situ remediation technologies, and containment remedies for a broad range of contaminants. Experience managing multi-party projects and managing multi-site portfolios and remediation programs, including financial forecasting and reserving. Experience also includes mergers & acquisition support/due diligence for single and multi-site portfolios.
Mr. Butler has a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Drexel University and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering Technology from Temple University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is a Board Certified Environmental Engineer through the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists.
