Mr. MacDonald has managed and/or directed a diversity of large multidisciplinary environmental programs and is an expert in implementing United States Army Corps of Engineers projects. His specialties include environmental impact analyses, threatened and endangered species, and environmental permitting and regulatory compliance services. His categories include traditional and renewable energy, transportation, flood control, land development and mining. Among his career highlights, Mr. MacDonald managed the Environmental Impact Statement for the Hoover Dam Bypass and the Colorado River Management Plan for the Grand Canyon National Park. He earned both a B.A. in biological sciences and an M.B.A. from California State University, Stanislaus.
