Mr. Grachek is an expert in remedial investigation, design, and construction management for contaminated sites. His experience covers a broad range that includes water and wastewater distribution and treatment design and planning. Mr. Grachek has successfully managed to completion several major remedial programs, including Superfund sites in Virginia and Alabama, and has provided continued management of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) facilities in Georgia. Through innovative remedy development and hands-on management, he achieved significant cost savings on all projects. He has his B.S. in civil engineering and his M.S. in civil/environmental engineering.
