Mr. Golden has over 25 years of experience in the management of contaminated land and groundwater issues, including metals, pesticides and petrochemical facilities in the United States, Caribbean, United Kingdom, and Holland. His expertise is in soil and groundwater contamination and assessment projects including permitting, work plans, cost estimating, and implementation methods. Among his specialties are cost management and controls, value engineering, and application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and 3D visualization tools. Mr. Golden recently completed a value engineering project for one of the London 2012 Olympics sites that reduced required remedial construction by 50%. The project included presentation of findings and negotiations with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Olympic officials, and London Development Authority using GIS and 3D visualization. Mr. Golden has a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
