Ms. Locke is a senior environmental scientist with 10 years of experience in evaluating biological resources and preparing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and other environmental documentation such as Environmental Assessments (EAs), Environmental Impact Statements (EISs), Biological Assessments (BA), Permitting Plans and Wetland and Waters of the US Jurisdictional Determination Reports. She has served as assistant project manager on numerous EISs and EAs and contributed to dozens of other NEPA documents. Most of these projects involved coordination among several federal, state. And local agencies as well as environmental organizations and Native American communities. Ms. Locke has expertise in preparing well-written documents that are clear, concise, consistent, and targeted for a particular audience, and in developing and implementing public involvement programs. Ms. Locke holds M.S degree in Biology and B.S. degree in Biological Resources.
