Mr. Hamburg’s has over 5 years professional experience as an Environmental Scientist/Compliance Specialist and has conducted projects throughout Arizona, California and Nevada. His knowledge encompasses a wide-range of environmental regulatory compliance procedures including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Clean Water Act permitting, habitat restoration/rehabilitation planning and implementation, as well as NEPA and CEQA compliance. In the field, he has extensive experience conducting surveys for and mitigating the presence of threatened, endangered, and sensitive flora and fauna.
