We have refined the application of these disciplines over the course of more than 10,000 projects, from small sites to a 43,000-acre wildlife preserve, to international portfolios consisting of hundreds of sites. We have enabled clients to resolve environmental liability issues throughout the U.S. and in over 70 countries around the world. NewFields was founded in Atlanta, Georgia in 1995 by Billy Hall and Shahrokh Rouhani. NewFields provides senior level technical and management expertise, strategic planning and project coordination with an approach that fosters value-added service. The companies' goal is to solve a client's current problem within the context of an overall strategic plan that enhances the client's future success. It is now a full service environmental consulting practice with special expertise in the fields of environmental liability management, medical toxicology, forensic chemistry, water resources, environmental and social impact analysis, environmental resource management, environmental compliance, and Decision Consequence Analysis. The partnership has grown to include more than 50 partners located in over 15 offices across the United States, along with an international division.
